Where My Journey Meets Yours

Hi! I’m Courtney, a manager of Inpatient Oncology at Northwestern Medicine, and I'm genuinely passionate about helping future PAs reach their goals. I started my career as a high school science teacher before transitioning into medicine as an EMT, eventually earning my PA degree at Northwestern. Now, I interview PA applicants, mentor pre‑PA students, and help coordinate our hospital’s Pre‑PA Internship. Along the way, I’ve been honored with awards like Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Patient Care, Inpatient PA of the Year, and Clinical Preceptor of the Year — recognition that reflects my commitment to students, patients, and my team. I bring this same high standard to my PA school consulting.
